The Feel Brave Emotion cards are a pack of 48 cards made up of 4 x sets of 12 emotions that fall in the general vocabulary/understanding of 4 - 7 year olds.  The aim of the cards is to help children to identify and name their feelings which can enable them to process their feelings more effectively (when we can 'name' a feeling, we can 'tame' a feeling).   Each pack of cards comes in its own Feel Brave drawstring protective bag.
